My home is older, and they pulled out decades of debris that was likely there from the previous owners. They were punctual, offered a fair price, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary add-ons. After observing cold spots in certain rooms, I asked for air duct cleaning, and technician Brandon performed a thorough examination. He pointed out that dust and building debris had nearly blocked some vents. Additionally, he cleaned the dryer vent, getting rid of enough lint to fill a small bag. He immediately carried out mold treatment after discovering mold in one of the basement vents throughout the procedure.

We bought an older house recently and thought it was time for a deep HVAC clean-up. Steve came out and started with air duct cleaning. He found leftover construction debris in the vents! He also cleaned the dryer vent, which was nearly blocked huge fire risk avoided. The blower cleaning and coil cleaning made the HVAC run so much smoother. He recommended UV light installation for mold prevention. Great experience from start to finish.!!
