Took my Stihl weed eater in as it would not speed up after it started. Lee Jones in the Service Department started up the weed eater and quickly diagnosed the problem with the arrester, removed it, cleaned it up, put it back in. The Stihl weed eater then ran great and sped up great. In and out in 10 minutes or less and I wasn't charged for this minor item.
