Office staff very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. With Medicaid you have no choice but to go to these unprofessional butcher shops. Not kid friendly or people friendly.

They dismissed my autistic son for being “sick too much” . Now his teeth are messed up and no dentist in Syracuse that is a pediatrician will accept his insurance fidelis . They said it’s not there issue. Btw he’s only 5 & is crying because his teeth hurt. I wouldn’t bring him here if I had another option! I’m super pissed.

The orthodontic employees talk way too fast which make it difficult for anyone to understand the instructions! Not only that they're understaffed since covid! I can understand how difficult it must be working with only two orthodontic hygienists however there is no need to talk that fast! It's unprofessional and rude! Not to mention they emphasized that she had to wear her retainer for the rest of her life while sleeping! Did they forget that someday she'll have wisdom teeth coming in? Worst day ever. The staff was friendly and polite, nothing against the receptionists or staff. However, I had to take time off work in order to have my wisdom teeth removed and needed my cousin to drive and wait with me. My appointment was at 3 and I wasn’t in surgery until at least 5:45. My poor cousin works overnights and was exhausted waiting for me. They said the delay was because another patient was there as well and the tools they needed for my removal needed to rest or heat up between patients. Then schedule me later?... read more

Liars and con artists first I got to the dentist 2 weeks ago for a full facial scan I tell them I have 7 traumatic brain injuries and my jaw has been broken before and they say no problem we can work with you then they ask how I want the procedures to go i said local anesthetic or general i said local so I can be slightly awake they said ok that's what we will do see you in two weeks I show up yesterday to find out they never asked my insurance for a individual tooth removal with a local nope they put in to remove 8 teeth ne... read more

Worst Service EVER Every time you go to this office, you must wait in the waiting room for at least 1.5 hours. The last THREE times I've been there, I ended up having to reschedule. They don't care about you at all, or your time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Don't go here Don't even think of using this office. They reschedule your appointment but forget to call and tell you. They make you wait for over an hour - and then try to rescheudle as they are behind! Very unprofessional. You cannot have more than a 5th grade education to work here. I am sure they will be closed soon.

i am very happy with wilson dental I was very satisfied with wilson dental, because I went so many different dental office around but never was happy with all dental work. in wilson dental, everybody tried to help me and listen to me what exactly my concern was, and I got new brand filling done. so happy and i can floss in ease. It was bit waiting time for treatment but I think it was worth it. thank you so much for everything. the best dental office!!!
