The staff is very nice, but I think a person should be able to schedule their root canals over the phone instead of driving over an hour to an 8 o'clock appointment just to have them schedule your appointments in person. Mind you that it was already known that I needed root canals. As a college student, it would've been much easier to do over the phone instead of driving home from Ithaca for something to simple. Please take this into consideration.
Waiting time is ridiculous, very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone
My husband went Wednesday for a couple of fillings. They drilled into one and realized it needed to be pulled. They put packing in it and set him up for the extraction the following Saturday. Got a text Saturday at noon saying they were looking forward to his appointment. Went to the 2pm appointment only to be told the dr was no longer in the office and we need to reschedule. Now he can't be seen for a month. He's in so much pain. Looking for a new place to go now.
Don't be rude to your customers over your mistake and over your neglect. I liked it the first time I went, the 2nd was alright-\-\ the cleaning isnt very thorough though. Everything they did are things I could do myself. But today I went to get fillings, and they were going to give me silver when last time I was clear I wanted white, then they were immediately displeased, irritated and unhelpful because of that mistake of theirs. I had all my teeth pulled on Wednesday and now it's Friday they never called me and you see how I am doing good thing I have family that checked up on me
Wait time is ridiculous.. They over book..front staff is uninformed and rude !! Had 1pm appt...was out at 5pm..
wish i could do a negative star. Dont go here. first off i supposed to see an oral surgeon. never seen one. second, they waited untill i had two valume in me before asking me to sign a waiver. Also i supped to have gas, never got it. walked out knowing something was wrong. after a trip to the er for a sinus infection related to the tooth pull i went back because i had no choice.
