I just purchased a new Equinox from Brandon at the dealership this weekend. He was super knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire process was very easy and enjoyable. Bill in the finance office also was very helpful and talked through all the warranty and finance options. I can’t recommend the team at Wilson County Chevrolet enough!
Called the parts department for a AC compressor for my truck. Gave them my VIN number and they sold me a AC Compressor. Drove a total of 5 hours to go get it. Mechanic went to install it wrong compressor. Called them back, didn't care at all that they wasted my time. Sounded like i was a annoyance to them for being upset. Why give them a VIN number to pull the exact part number if your going to give me a different part.
I’m beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I brought my vehicle in because it displayed a persistent error message on the infotainment screen stating it needed to be serviced and brought to the dealer. I went into Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC this morning and I got to work with Craig Everson. Great guy and very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had and even told me about Veterans deals I had no clue about. Again, the experience was amazing and simple and a walk in the park. I don’t have any plans on purchasing a new vehicle anytime soon, but if I do I know where I’m headed.
