They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
