When I was contacted about my online inquiry, I wasn't sure I really wanted a new truck..I was window shopping. Then, Timothy Payne listened to me. Next thing I know there is a picture of the exact truck I described. Oh and then the video and his commentary tugged at me. Well I'm now a proud owner of a 2025 2500 Silverado!!! The best buying experience EVER!! Everyone was extremely nice and excited for us. I would definitely recommend Wilson's to everyone!
Great people. Small power issue while traveling home to Ohio on I77, exited and arrived at about 3:00PM on a Friday. They read my codes and zeroed in on the issue, resolved it and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. OK, SIT DOWN....COST ME $0.00....zero! My local Chevy Dealer charges $250 just to read the codes and you have to schedule it in for them to even read the codes. Please take your business to Wilson Chevrolet!!!
1st time service on 2025 Trax. Oil change and tire rotation done quickly. My advisor was very friendly and professional. Made me feel like family instead of just a customer. I will definitely use Wilson Chevrolet for ALL automotive needs.
Wish I could give a stars for different categories. Tony was 5 star and helpful. Didn't try to put me in another truck. Worked hard to get me in the one I wanted. My 4 star goes to the detailing. It was on the lot for a while and the wheels and steering wheel were filthy. Quick wipe with the towel and some degreaser on the steering wheel and we were good. Overall I liked my experience. I will use Wilson again when my daughter starts driving.
Charles and Jason were awesome! I bought my first Jeep at Wilson’s Jeep back in 2021 and it was totaled August 2023. I just bought my second Jeep yesterday and they made the process super easy! I can’t thank them enough for getting me back into my favorite vehicle. Thank y’all so much for making my birthday the best day ever!
