No les motiva trabajar, dejan esperando al cliente y al final no ayudan a nadie. Sobre todo dan respuestas negativas. Fui a cambiar un cheque y después de un tiempo largo esperando, y solo porque pregunte, me dijeron que habían llamado a la institución y que le habían dicho que no me habían dado ningún cheque 😮 😱 OMG.
