This clinics business licence shd be cancelled,rude receptionist just to start with Exception to the Dr Mina,who is a great doctor!
I do like my doctor, and the staff have always been helpful when I can get in touch with someone. My complaint is that it is difficult to call in when the office is open until 5pm but the phones are only answered until 2:30. Also, the message you have to listen to everyone you call in, is WAY too long. To me, this is terrible customer service and something needs to be done to accommodate people that work and can not call in your very limited call period... especially since the phone lines are also shut down for lunch.
