I attempted booking an appointment on April 7 at 1:45 pm. It’s honestly kind of sad when you call a doctor’s office and they won’t assist you with booking an appointment. Like everything else in life, WELL Health is minimizing human contact by pushing patients to book online. I was a patient of Raphina Muir’s for approximately six years. I am a nurse myself, I rarely leave reviews, and I give a lot of grace to healthcare providers because I understand the pressures of the system. I’m leaving this one because I believe she is genuinely harmful to patients, particularly those with mental illness. I came to her practice in crisis. My family comes here for years. My doctor was Dr.Hildebrand. She is retiring now. I'll miss her and whole staff. They were so helpful for my all kinds of problems.Thanks Dr.Hildebrand and the staff of Wilson Center for your kindness and your services. We'll miss you alot. Thanks again for everything.

My doctor is good, but the clinic itself has declined significantly since being taken over by WELL Health. Appointments and follow‑up are poorly coordinated, patient time is not respected, and continuity has suffered with staff turnover. There is no meaningful multidisciplinary approach, and patients are increasingly directed toward private‑pay services. Overall, the experience feels impersonal and disconnected from what primary care should be.
