Doctors are all completely filled no new patients; That’s just a symptom of the lack of approved healthcare professionals in Canada. Phone lines are often not up when they should be. When they are up you often get through to a receptionist that just must hate her job. She cuts you off to rush the interaction and blames you immediately if anything goes wrong. This clinic has gone down hill! My son is extremely sick - most likely pneumonia. We had a throat swab and x-ray done and I tried calling the office at 3:50pm to see if they had any results before the close of day. It went straight to a voice messaging system that states "office phone lines close at 4:30 and if you're receiving this message it's because we're on lunch or closed....stay on the line for emergency answering service". Staff are curteous and helpful. Doctor Afzal thorough and professional. Very good experience.
Kind of disappointed with the services from the clinic lately. I'm calling to get my son in for an appt, I'm calling at 345pm and I get the answering service.. she indicates phones are off at 4pm. Got to call tomorrow for an appt, however, my point is the lines should be open for 15 more minutes.
I love my doctor Mina Flores Perez. I’ve had Mina as my doctor for a few years now, I feel honoured to be her patient. My heart is full of gratitude to have a doctor like her. She’s extremely thorough in her work. I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve never had a feeling in waiting for my apt. Her time management is great. Thank you Dr Perez for being such an amazing doctor
