Absolutely amazing. Dr Wilson is an angel. Mary Elen is fantastic and the staff is incredible.
The front office staff are grossly incompetent.. I’ve been told that I wasn’t taking a medication anymore when trying to refill a prescription when in fact I was, leading to a 5 delay in getting my refill. Yesterday I was told by Gloria that she didn’t have time to walk me through how to get mri results from the portal because the other lines were ringing, RUDE! They waited nearly 2 months after an ultrasound to call me and tell me I needed additional testing on a mass that was found.. I keep getting bills I’ve already paid…... read more
I really don’t even want to give a 1 star review I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and nobody I mean nobody else was there and I could hear laughter in the back when someone did come out instead of thanking me for being so patient AKA Karen started giving excuses and asked if I could come back in 2 hours if I had been late or missed my appointment they would have charged me they are a poor excuse of professional Doctor.
