I don't want to even give one star, but I guess I have to. This is an updated review from November 15th, 2020. I had a new HVAC system installed in my home in May 2020. When I gave the first review in November, Kevin Bryant replied to the effect of being sorry and he would reach out to me immediately. It's been 3 months, I'm still waiting to hear from him. When we realized the air handler blower was running full time but the compressor was not we knew no ac was on its way. First thing on Monday morning, 7/8, 8:00 am I called Wilson Bryant AC and told them we needed help. Since today was after a 4 day July 4 th weekend we hoped we'd have ac by Tuesday. But much to our surprise and with GREAT gratitude and appreciation a WBAC service technician, ****, arrived late morning. **** diagnosed the problem and had the ac system up and providing cool air in 20 minutes. In my 30 years of home ownership in Macon I have not run into a more consumer friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient crew. If you are a new customer and mention that you have been to their website, they WILL honor the $25.00-off discount. I lived with a faulty furnace switch for more than a year.
