I ordered a hophornbeam fro wilsonbros nursery. I don’t usually buy online but no local nursery had available. It arrived after a week in transit. Advertised as 3 gallon, but it is a root bound (with no soil in it) three gallon backfilled with soil. No wonder it arrived dried out. It also has red spots which I’m suspecting is rust disease that is newly breaking out in this species. Will not be buying anything in the future.

Paid $68 for hydrangeas for a plant that appears to be half eaten by animal or pest. No blooms. Something you'd see in yhe clearance isle of a store. Very disappointed and will now see about their money back policy.

Paid $ 47 for a dead plant. Wilson Brothers sent long emails blaming me. They offered me an $18 credit… so I would have to spend additional money for the same plant. All I wanted was a replacement. Buyer beware. Purchase from a place that will stand by their products… plenty of them out there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, MISREPRESENT ITEMS ON WEBSITE, YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING A FLOWERING PLANT AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE A BUNCH OF STICKS YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR TO GROW FOR A VERY EXPENSIVE PRICE, WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

Gave them a 1 because Zero wasn’t available. Do not buy from them! Purchased 3 Rose bush approx $140. Boxes arrived dented, plants were broken , yellow & black spots on the leaves that were still attached. 1/2 of the leaves and dirt were in the box Contacted them and was extremely nice. Took photos and Spencer came back with his generic answer that I have noticed he tells everyone! Basically they’ll be ok just plant them and take more pictures and show us how wonderful they look later ! My family has been in the flo... read more

Very disgusted with this company that touts high quality plants and high quality cust svc on their web site. We didn't get size plants we ordered and several were single stalks with a small amount of filiage on the stalks. Great if you like sticks rather than plants :-( Contacted their high quality cust svc and got a generic redone back about pot sizes and how root development is what counts not above ground plant. Quite different than the one gal plant they show on their "About OUR Plants" web page. A real joke on you ... read more

Everything was quick to ship and arrived on time. My only complaint and correct me if I am wrong to assume, but when they say 5 gallon tree and it comes in a 3 gallon container that does not seem right? I don't understand the logic. If it is in a 3 gallon container say 3 gallon. I was hoping for a much larger tree by ordering a 5 gallon size. I called customer service and they said that is just terminology that really doesn't mean anything and then they quoted me what was on the website as far as containers can vary. H... read more

My order was in transit for 7 days before I received them. Upon delivery one of the two butterfly bushes was noticeably wet and limp. I gave it three days to recover, which it did not. I noticed at that time that the limbs were covered in fungus which is clearly visible in one of the pics I am including. On April 5th I contacted the company to replace this, Lauren responded to my emails and asked me to perform a 'scratch test' and to submit a pic of it, so they could see the condition of the plant. They wanted to determine i... read more
