After seeing their very favorable customer ratings I had high hopes for Wilson Bros. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other poor reviews. The technicians that came over were friendly and professional - we just can't seem to get any decent customer service. We were told we needed a part for our hot water boiler and were told it would take a couple of days. It was more like a week (with no hot water) and we heard nothing. Always excellent service! The best! I didn't know how to change the option but I had a new Thermostat put in for my basement system. works perfect! Thank you.
