I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly - I've only been there twice and both times I was treated like an old friend! They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
