The previous property management firm was acquired by WB over a year ago, and to be honest the transition was fraught with challenges. After 2+ Property Manager changes, Michelle stepped in, and OMG what a welcome change and positive difference. She is a proactive and effective listener who follows through and gets things done. This management company is fairly new to my corporation and our board has been impressed with their commitment to their boards and directors.
