This management company is fairly new to my corporation and our board has been impressed with their commitment to their boards and directors. Everyone we interact with is helpful and mindful of our particular needs. The meetings they occasionally put on for board directors are great learning/socializing events. I recently attended Wilson Blanchard’s Vendor Blender event in St Catharines. It was an extremely well organized & professional event. The speaking guests and vendors were informative and pertinent to anyone who presides on a condo board.
Today, as a tenant, I reached out to Wilson Blanchard for the first time. I must express my disappointment with the extremely poor level of service I received from the admin. From the moment Fiona the administrative assistant answered the call, her manner was unexpectedly and unnecessarily rude.
