I have tried several times to meet with our property manager in St Catharines and reach the individual by phone. I got several emails in response continually refusing to meet in person. Not a very professional company. Sadly if you’re a smaller property this company doesn’t value you. I’ve asked questions I never received answers for. I would not recommend them.
The previous property management firm was acquired by WB over a year ago, and to be honest the transition was fraught with challenges. After 2+ Property Manager changes, Michelle stepped in, and OMG what a welcome change and positive difference. She is a proactive and effective listener who follows through and gets things done. Our manager Anna Suters out of the Niagara office provides our Condo Corporation with a wealth of knowledge. She is very professional and responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would put Wilson Blanchard on the top of your list if you are searching for a company to help manage your property.
This management company is fairly new to my corporation and our board has been impressed with their commitment to their boards and directors. Everyone we interact with is helpful and mindful of our particular needs. The meetings they occasionally put on for board directors are great learning/socializing events.
