I called and spoke to Wilson Realty because I wanted to rent a place from them. They were extremely pleasant until I told them that I was disabled and had children. Then they became extremely rude and accused me of being a drug addict. I offered to drug test for the opportunity to rent from them. Absolutely horrible property managers. They seem to care more about the renters than going to bat for the people they work for. Give me a break. They are old and worthless. Literally worthless scum. Superficial and do the absolute minimum to take my money every month. Their lack of professionalism below the surface was scary and lack of understanding of how to transmit information in this day and age was astounding. DO NOT USE FOR PROPERT MANAGEMENT!!
DO NOT USE WILSON!!! The most unprofessional real estate individuals I could possibly imagine. They are also highly unethical, do not disclose required information to buyers, and I am very surprised that they are still in business. Carol Wilson is well known in this area for being highly untrustworthy and does not abide by the laws and regulations in real estate.
BEWARE!!! I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of this realty company. The seller offered to pay about 1/4 the cost of the repairs that were needed for a home to make it livable. I, the buyer, accepted because I wanted the home but 2 weeks later, the selling agent, Carol Wilson, changed her mind and we couldn't even speak to her without her yelling at us.
