I met with Dr. Wilson only once and he seemed knowledgeable and attentive. Afterward I was left trying to figure out details involving prescriptions and my overall next steps for my terrible knees. Now for over a month I have been communicating with myself in mychart because noone in his office gets back to me or answers my questions. I have just had my third orthopedic surgery by Dr. Wilson: 2 total knee replacements and one hip replacement. He is an ideal surgeon: deeply experienced, informative and clear, sympathetic, and reassuring without underestimating the challenges that the patient will face. I would not want to have any other surgeon for orthopedics. The result is initially very painful, but it is fully restorative and worth the effort.
