Absolute worst appraisal service ever, cancelled a job due to misinformation being relayed from the answering service to the owner Dennis. Bragged about 40 years and owing the city of Enid basically stating my business wasn’t good enough for his. Highly recommend using another appraiser that treats their clients with respect and everyone equally like we do at our business we run.
