Richard called prior to let me know he was en route. He arrived on time and was very professional. His knowledge of our older furnace was invaluable. An adjustment was needed to a large blower fan within our older furnace. Richard knew exactly what to do an even did a quick visual around and inside our furnace. Peace of mind completed ! 5 star rating from this service call.
Service has gone downhill since Tom, our favorite technician, has left.
