2 stars only because it was free, but we had a tech come out and we wanted him to address some issues after a home inspection because we are selling. Told him we needed documentation (he never gave). He did try to sell us an extra part that was not necessary which I get you gotta make something but he also mocked my wife while he was in the Attic thinking that she could not hear him….she did. Maybe have a great experience if this guy doesn’t show up….

I used Wilson AC on a commercial job and they did a great job. Got the work done on time and to the plans. The project manager was easy to get a hold of. I will be using Wilson on future comercial jobs.

This Spring once the HVAC tech completed checking everything, he found that the AC portion of the system was failing & could not be repaired, it was 24 yrs old & used the old freon which is no longer available. I met with Wilson's HVAC specialist (Jay), he reviewed all my options & pricing, I was provided a fair price & decided to proceed with replacing everything. Called to schedule an emergency appointment. Great. Technician then calls to inform me that he can’t service me because I don’t have a maintenance agreement and he could come the following day. If I am calling and willing to pay the emergency fee it’s because I need service now. I call back with whom I made the appointment with asking if this is true because I am trying to figure out why would they schedule a new customer with a technician who can’t help.
