Prior to 2019, we have had excellent service and sales support from Wilson. This year our Thermidor microwave was repaired by them and when the repair didn’t work, they were excellent in refunding money toward that repair; HOWEVER, in purchasing a GE replacement microwave has resulted in a frustrating experience. ROYAL RIP OFF!!!! Overpriced!! Attempted to get away with charging us tax on a diagnostic/labor charge!!! Also $97 to go out to diagnose prob is ridiculous!
Delivery date contracted was missed, without even a phone call. This created several additional days without a washer and dryer. The response was it was scheduled but “overlooked”. Poor customer service in my opinion.
We have used Wilson for appliance repair and for purchase and installation, both. They have been helpful, prompt, respectful of my time and my home, and accommodating. I am also recommending them to my home-buying clients.
