On our way to a job site, we had to make an urgent stop due to a wheel barring issue. Darin and Zach dropped what they were doing to get us back on the road swiftly. Not only was the work exceptional but just a great couple of guys!!
WARNING: Not trustworthy at all. Purchased enclosed trailer and screws fell out on way home 23 miles away. Contacted Darin to let him know and sent pictures. Almost a year later I took it in and they put screws in the sides completely wrecking the smooth appearance. American trailer paid them to fix it. I picked up trailer and again by time I got home the screws had fell out. Whomever attempted to fix it used self tapping screws and completely missed the trailer frame. I blew a tire on the interstate on my trailer at 70 MPH. It messed up the side of a nice trailer I had a little bit. It put me behind on a trip to Road America I was on and was bummed out. I had a spare and mounted it up. I looked up the nearest trailer shop and Wilshire came up. I drove there and when I drove up I wasn't sure if anyone was around, but the just have dark tinted windows out front. Had a trailer breakdown and Zac and the team was upfront with expectations. Got the job done under estimate and ahead of schedule. Zac even came in on a Sunday for me to pickup. 5 stars!!
Spoke to Zach and confirming preventative maintenance. He was fantastic! He answered my questions and made suggestions regarding oil bath trailer bearings! Truly great customer service and exceptionally educated! Will definitely do business here if I find my bearings/seals are damaged during my inspection!!!!
