New owners and management sometime in 2010. They have completely renovated the apartments here. Everything in my apartment is brand new! Love it! They fix stuff really fast now. I completely agree with Jewels review back in the day. They have changed the name to Wilshire Valley Apartments. Check it out! (0nly if you are good people, though! - Otherwise take your a#\$@ back to the hood!Id give it 5 stars if there was swimming pool!

I never lived in this place yet for some reason it says i owe them 1500 dollars. Tryed to contact them with no luck.

Bounced Checks to Plumbers, Lawn Care, & Security. No money to maintaine The Apartments. Mold in the kitchen from the day I moved in and of today its still there, 6 months later. Was to have Cable included in the rent but lost that in Aug. Best guess Owner wont pay for it. Best of all No one will give an Owners Name or Address!!! This PROPERTY IS A BIG JOKE!!! They wont fix anything not even a \$55.00 pump or a \$12.00 o-ring for a toilet NOW THATS REAL SAD MAMAGMENT AND OWNERSHIP
