I truly enjoy living here, the community is well kept, it's quiet, love the location, close to many venues, businesses & my place of employment (very important). Overall Management is nice, good people and very helpful: Special Shoutout to Jeremiah in the rental office. Not many times I had to request maintenance, been here for about 4 months, when needed they have been very timely in responding (very polite). I would recommend this Community to anyone looking for all of the above.

While me and my roommates were in the process of moving, the office was able to be flexible for our unique problems/situation. The apartments themselves are in good condition with minor problems that were resolved quickly after we moved in.***(see edit at bottom!!)*** The complex is close to the E1 bus line which takes you just about anywhere in the NOLA area. Don’t live here but live nearby and the grass area around these apartments are absolutely disgusting. I walk my dog here and I’m constantly trying to avoid chicken wing bones, candy wrappers, fast food bags, and other nasty trash so she doesn’t eat it. The maintenance people need to do better at cleaning up around here and the renters need to be told something about littering all over the complex. Really gives the neighborhood a bad look.
This place easily earns 5 stars for several categories. The location: being so close to city park, the lakefront, and multiple shopping centers is hard to beat. Response times: each staff member has been immensely helpful throughout this entire experience. For example, I had an issue with my parking spot being taken at 3AM and immediately sent an email to the office. They addressed and resolved the issue with all surrounding resident by 9AM.
