This place too is rather unusual and is inhabited mainly by Chinese people. The neighboring property owned by the Chinese Mennonite Church once had a business there named the Cambridge Institute, which dealt with the boarding of Chinese exchange students. The property where are the Cambridge Institute was located has been leased to The Lighthouse, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation outfit. The Wilshire Crest Apartments now have tenants of ethnicities other than Chinese, but the Chinese are still a majority.
More of a reply to the previous reviewer. How about meeting your neighbors before assuming their ethnicity. No the apartment doesn't not house a Chinese majority (not that race matters). It's an ethically diverse residency and definitely NOT "rather unusual".
