I hired Danny Chrisney with Wilner O'Reilly to submit a K1 visa for me. To no fault of theirs I cancelled. After 3 months I still have not received a refund on my retainer. The retainer calls for approximately 30 days. Update: After several emails to remind them and over 100 days I finally received a refund.
