My wife and I moved into a Wilmot property about 3 years ago. We have had the most incredible experience living in our spacious 3-bedroom (plus extremely clutch storage/office unit); the Wilmot team is unparalleled — really. I’ve lived in multiple different buildings with different management companies. Wilmot continues to go above and beyond to keep the buildings clean and are beyond quick with any maintenance issue. The maintenance team is great too

I've lived in a Wilmont property for almost 2 years and can honestly say they are a great management company. All maintenance needs are attended to quickly. In our time there, we received a new dishwasher and faucet as soon as an issue arose with them. They're fair with rent and only gave us a small increase year over year. We're moving for a job opportunity otherwise we'd be staying in our apartment.
