I moved into 2839 W Belmont last year and have truly had a great experience. The move-in process was really quick and easy, and the landlord was responsive. Whenever there are issues in my apartment, maintenance is quick to respond and fix them. My unit is spacious, and the building is always clean. If you are looking to rent in Chicago, Wilmot Properties is a great option. Highly recommend!!
Poorly run property management group, upgrade your treadmills Wilmot - and respect your prospective renters.
Had a tour here, Agnes is rude, avoid Wilmot Properties, not worth the poor treatment of prospective tenants.
Top notch. I've lived in Chicago apartments for 15+ years and Wilmot is the only property team I have and will go back to. I'm on property two over a span of 6 years. They do a great job communicating and responding, maintenance is fast and effective, properties and maintained and thoughtful. Couldn't be more happy
