If I could give zero stars I would. Wilmot is a greedy inconsiderate swindler who i'm amazed is still in business because every review I've read of the business has been bad. DO NOT rent from this company. He will steal your deposit and claim it was for dusting? Over a thousand dollars to dust? This is amazing considering when we moved in there is a hornet infestation they never mentioned, bugs everywhere in the house, and of course dust all over the kitchen. Was with Wilmot for MANY years and they were a joke to deal with. Poor communication. They were constantly moving around with out any notice. Ridiculous fees with no grace period. Impossible to catch up with out the fees stacking fast. The office lady was always rude and inconsistant. I would never recommend this management company to anyone.
They robbed me for plumbing job, worst ever. They are scams!!!!!
I am normally quiet and don’t do reviews but this company is the worst to deal with. I call the number it directs me to an office on Everett so I go there, then to find out they have moved to a new location on Division. Go to the location on Division no one there 2X I went there. I was interested in renting a property. I go to the Division location again to see if I could talk to someone (since they fail to answer their phone calls) well to my surprise they moved again.
