This was the worst place I’ve ever lived. The air conditioning is constantly breaking down, and during the summer heat in Canada, the entire building keeps losing A/C. It seems to happen almost every month. The heat inside the apartment became so bad that my young son developed a heat rash. The garbage room had mice, and there was always a terrible smell coming from it. On top of that, the building manager was extremely rude, and Andy was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend living here.
Great condo, amenities and beautiful terrace.
We moved here recently and we are feeling happy to stay here. 1. Common area is clean, good and modern. 2. Easy access with the fob to parking, lobby and my unit. 3. Convenient location. 4. Very nice view from our unit to the lake
We have been living in this building since beginning. Its a very nice building after everything is completed. Great management office, nice gym, lobby and terrace is open recently. I know it might be crazy during the occupancy, however, it turns to a great home eventually. Also, its very convenient to get out and do the grocery. We like here.
