We bought this condo and recently closed. First the interest rate they charged during occupancy was abysmal at 6.9% and way above the price set for the standard. They are disorganized, and I didn’t get my key on the date I was suppose to because their teams don’t communicate appropriately. Now the HVAC and cooling system is constantly failing. They ignore me on purpose so not to deal with me. Then when they finally responded, they take weeks to even address the issue. DO NOT recommend this condo builder/management.
Hate giving 1 star. First of all, the build quality is great. Most of the facilities are still under construction, but you can expect them to be great as well. So why 1 star? The floor plan. Little thought went into designing these units. I have visited many condos on Dundas Street and nearby areas in the last few weeks, and this is probably the worst in terms of space utilization. All they had to do was cut down three or four units on each floor, reduce the size of massive sized bathrooms and utilize the space properly. I a... read more
This place is awesome and my family and I have one of the corner views from the condos. Of course it's still under construction and adjustments need to be done before it's fully complete, it's definitely worth buying
