Do not rent with this rental company. Very unprofessional had me switch management companies three times in a year! Read rental agreement very carfulful they make tenant replace every single thing in home. Also petty things like tack marks and blinds.
There is a woman named Gail who is Very rude and does Not care about tenants. Did not have hot water for over a week with a small child and did not care and gave no information. Please do Not rent from these people!! Very rude and do not care about tenants!!!!!!
I have gone thru MANY rental agencies in Wilmington and Karen and her staff are TOP NOTCH! Any issue I ever had was always addressed. I wish there were more businesses like this around. They truly care about their tenants!
