I love my apt.....no complaining here......nice neat and flexible......my neighborhood is great....been here a year and cant beat how they work with you.....i see no trashy people.....they work hard to keep trouble out.....i recommend it to my family. Its came along way.....
Full of Drugs. Very dangerous for children. Very poor management. Everyone needs the apartment sprayed due to bed bugs.
i do not live there but live in wilmington but i do know a girl that has lived there for many yrs and i can say the people that live there are trashy and the apts are not nice probably from all the trashy people that move in and out and the lady that runs the place should not be running low income apts but live there instead! they should get people in there that really wna help their self and are not dirty and tear the apts up!they should tear this place down,get the lady running this place outta there,rebuild and get half w... read more
Wilmington green apartments are in okay condition. As far as living here longer than a couple years I dont recommend it to anyone. These apartments are low income housing and I would hope everyone that lives there has goals of obtaining employment so they can eventually pay their own way in life. As far as management goes there are a lot of things I dont agree with but such is life. Most people that live there are honestly trash so Im sure management has reasons for doing everything they do. Tammy Bond needs to stop letting people with bed bugs in these nice apts. She doesnt care about us tenants all she cares about is her cheap ass paycheck. Showe needs to be turned in for all the problems that Tammy has caused. I wish others would get together and get her out of there, W
