Beware of Dr. Peter Foote and his nurse Ranette Fischer - they will lie to you in-office and then gaslight you when you follow up with them. In 15 years of being a patient at the VA this is the least professional team I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Be prepared to call your elected representatives to get these people to actually do their jobs because they will drop referrals and drag their feet until you do.

When people say the VA is horrible, this place denotes just that. I have belonged to the VA in PA and FL and had good experiences. This place lacks urgency, professionalism, and effective communication. Getting any info is like extracting teeth, they give you the run around and you will never receive prompt or correct answers.
