Primary cared changed 3-4 times in a span of a year. My appointments were pushed back numerous times due to providers constantly changing. Horrible service, did not provide me with a solution to be seen sooner for ongoing medical issues. Poor service.
Do not try and get care here. Thats not their jobs. This place will have you running in circles for years and still deny you care. These people are only here to make sure you quietly pass away. Things this place doesnt care about 38 CFR § 17.161 Citation Nr: 21068965 VHA Directive 1232 38 CFR § 17.4000 Elizabeth Dole Act of 2025 and im sure many others.... Please keep your volunteers because they make this place bareable! I literally started to break down after driving up for an appointment four days in a row each being pushed back another day. I almost screamed and she held me and let me cry. I can’t explain it. She was so sweet that I drove up the following day with a rose and card. I hate that I haven’t seen her in a tad. SHE IS THE ONLY REASON YOU SEE 5 STARS!! THE ONLY!! It isn’t for the actual clinic! They are horrible Update I wish she was still around. This place sucks
First experience with any VA Clinic. Appointment scheduling for hearing test & aides were not available in the Jacksonville, NC area. The Wilmington Audio Clinic Staff were professional and provided feedback to all my questions & concerns. The directions to this facility made it easy to locate. Thank-you to the volunteer working the front desk. Driving through downtown Wilmington traffic is problematic especially around the airport.
