Go there for orthopedic care along with X-rays and MRIs. Always had an excellent appointment.
Pretty much never had a truly smooth experience here, I’ve used several other VAs in other cities/states and never had to much of an issue but this one is absolutely 100% disorganized, nothing ever goes smoothly, there’s always some issue whether it be little or big that slows everything down. SOME of the employees are cool and helps however MANY MANY of them are not, very rude and act like your just bothering them from completing their solitaire game. Absolutely amazing staff in the surgical department!!!! Everyone was very attentive and genuinely cared!!!
I know every one has different experiences when dealing with the VA. Some better than others. That said, my experience was such very pleasant. First, the person greeting the vets was friendly and helpful. The person that checked me in at the primary care window was equally pleasant and helpful. When the nurse came out to meet me, she even insisted I do not stand up to talk to her as She would sit down to talk to me.
