The reception is great, which makes sure experience easier as well as the doctors are caring and take their time with you
Phil Thompson is a great and caring therapist. Does not rush you out of visit. He spends as much time it takes till he feels you're ok to go. Respect him for that. Always been there for me. Thanks
The doctors are incompetent and only care about getting money from prescriptions. I knew more than the doctor herself I had to educate her about my medication. Everytime I have an appointment I’m left waiting 20 minutes or more because she’s “running behind”. I was told after my therapist left that I’d get a call from the new therapist, that was 2 months ago and they still haven’t mentioned it, the receptionist is blissfully unaware of appointment scheduling I don’t know why she works there. Absolutely the worst experience in my life of all Doctors. The psychiatrist 's don't care when or if you get your refills and seem uneducated. PLEASE Read reviews. If I did I never would have came here in a million years. From the Psychiatrist to the Receptionist, they all lack empathy are 1000 percent INCOMPETENT in EVERY WAY. Don't expect Refills Don't expect to get the correct medication Don't expect to get in touch Don't expect anything but promises and taking your money Expect more Anxiety and Depression going here
