We needed a water heater. When we called we spoke directly to the owner Rick, who came and gave us an estimate which was actually less than we thought we going to have to pay, given our experience with a previous company. He showed up the NEXT day at the time he said he would. He laid down cardboard and was so clean and professional you would not have even know he was there once he left. I had a water heater leaking and called several plumbers in the area. Wilmington Plumbing had the BEST price. I called Monday at 10 AM and he was there at 1PM. Arrived on time, price as estimated and cleaned up after. Will definitely call them the next time I need any kind of service. Peter in Billerica.
They arrived early in the 2-hr time window they projected, got right to business, and promptly completed a straightforward emergency repair for what seemed to me to be a fair price.
I almost fell out of my chair!!!!!! I had been trying to unfreeze a pipe for four days and called Wilmington in desperation......I was at his mercy. His advice top my call for help...You may not need me...it is warm tonight. Warm the garage and call me tomorrow if you need help. YOU MUIGHT GET LUCKY. Well...I was able to free the plug and have heat again......UnusUal and wonderful to find a home repairman who has your best interest at heart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!
Great plumber, very personable and professional and affordable. He doesn't send any crews out to the house, he does all the work himself. I respect that. Takes great pride the work he does, he did a number of repairsin my home that were needed.
I would recommend this company and the owner to anyone who has any kind of plumbing issues. He has 24 emergency service, came out in the middle of the night to fix my boiler that wasn't working on a frigid night and installed a brand new one and a new water heater the next day. He owns the company and does all the work himself and takes great pride in what he does and it was very affordable.
Top quality, reliable and affordable is what I can say about the owner Rick, who does all the work himself. He installed a water heater and a boiler in my house, neatly, cleanly, professionally and for a great cost. Because he owns the company, he takes great pride in the work he does.
