Outstanding service! Ive never waited more than 5 minutes. The office staff is excellent as are the doctors. Ive always gotten full attention and care from any of the doctors that my son has seen. Never once have I felt rushed through any appointments, scheduled or sick visits.
The doctors are nice but the customer service is lousy. We went for our daughters 18mo checkup and sat in the patient room for 40 minutes. I asked the receptionist what was going on, we showed up on time and she gave me a song and dance about sick children and schedules being pushed back. I waited another 10 minutes before the Dr. came in and she only spent 8 minutes with us. She said the nurse would be in w/our daughters shot and left. We then waited another 20 MINUTES for the nurse! Pros-convenient hours, plenty of physicians, plenty of parking, same day sick appointments.Cons-Same waiting room for sick and healthy children. Each doctor has a different philosophy, flu clinics are poorly organzied-exect to wait up to 2 or 3 hours with your infant.Dr .Sedor-well-educated, lack of humor or any personal engagement whatsoever, not recommended for those of you who have colicky babies-I had two and she sent me home with the "theyll grow out of it in a few months...good luck attitude...after 6 months come and s... read more
I was referred here when my son was born last year and the office is great. The staff is extremely helpful and polite and the doctors are great. I am always comfortable with who ever sees my son if its not his pediatrician. I have referred two other people here and they love it too!
The girls in the front office were very rude. In addition, the nurse ordered the wrong test on my newborn son. When I walked back to verify she didnt even check she just rudely told me that was what was ordered. Although the Doctor I saw was very nice, the support staff was terrible and my child suffered because of it, and had to have an additional blood test. Never never again.
