Took over an hour to do just a repaint ONLY and I could say so much more. I will not be returning. I could make a list about this experience but I will say the owner offered to put stickers on my nails and what I wanted was NOT complicated at all

Wow- incredibly rude. Made an appointment. The gal (I believe was Jenn) was running late. She told me to pick a color. I reassured her that I was not in a hurry and she could take her time. She dismissed me and told me she was almost done. So much for being kind for her lateness. After I picked my number for my dip nails she directed me to the pedicure chair. She asked me if I picked a color. When I told her yes and gave her the number, she got irritated and then proceeded to “chastise” me like an 8 year old over my mistake ... read more

Super cute salon. 2nd time visiting this salon as I have been here on vacay both times and just wanted a little treat myself moment! Booked both times online, which was super easy. Got my confirmation emails and was met with smiles & was immediately taken care of both times. First visit was a mani, this trip a pedi. Both were fabulous. I’ve found out about WNS when we first moved to the downtown area a bit over a year ago, and haven’t stopped. The atmosphere is pleasant and all the nail techs experience and nice. Jen the owner is my absolute favorite! She is professional, and pays attention to what you want done She’s always r ready when you have an appointment and doesn’t rush to get you out like some other nail salons. The salon is always well maintained. I give WNS and Jen an unwavering 5 star
