Was sent to the emergency room after visiting urgent care. Came across the worst nurse ever. Not sure what kind of bad day she was having but Shannon was the absolute worst. Whatever training she received bedside manner was definitely lacking. Cut us off constantly and never had any concern for our questions. Thank god we were directed to a physician that could help out without the attitude! Our actual nurse and physician were great but the triage lacks empathy and patience for their patients. Zime cafe in the wilmington hospital has exellent customer service and food. Zee and nina was very welcoming.
If i could give 0 i would dont go here. They wont even save you if your dying. The nurses care more about gossiping and making fun of patients than giving care
