Around couple ears ago they had nurses that were very friendly to kids and parents as well... I visited the hospital today and I did not see those friendly and kind nuerses any more... instead, they weer very unprofessional and rude with their action or wording. As of doctor she was really friendly, good with kids, and great professional.
