Excellent healthcare professionals
This was a terrible experience. I checked-in to the walk-in clinic as I was informed if my symptoms worsened or new symptoms arose to get checked out again. I was never informed I had to go back to the walk-in clinic that I was seen at previously the same week. The front staff asked what was going on. I informed her of my symptoms, the worsening symptoms and the new symptoms that had occurred since my last visit. She informed me I had a copay and that the nurse would be out shortly to assess me.
