The level of rudeness, misinformation, and unprofessionalism that was displayed by health provider Tanya Lancer, MSN, FNP-C, at the time of my visit warrants an investigation by the North Carolina medical board.

Friendly, as quick as is possible with the needs of the day, and competent. My husband and I were diagnosed and prescribed. We were feeling much better after one day and are now back to normal. I highly recommend this service.
My visit was brief, not much of a wait at all for a walk-in. It provided comforts for my concerns and answers for my questions. The staff’s mannerisms were a very nice mix of calmness, professionalism, and friendliness.
