PA Michael Murphy provided me the highest level of patient service I have experienced since moving here ten years ago. As a retiree HR Director from Johns Hopkins, School of Medicine, Clinical Practice, I know what outstanding Patient Service is all about and Michael hit all the high marks of a great medical provider. His staff love him and so do I. He treated me as a patient and not some body going through the process.
Came as a walk in service was less then two hours. Should came in when first became sick. Fevers just made want to sleep.
Visited Leland Today's Care on Wed AM - very quick check-in with Jasmine & Dr Karis was very nice! Recommend to anyone not feeling well!!! 🤢
