Terrible, horrible response at getting someone to return a voicemail message phone call “absolutely ridiculous!!! I wouldn’t recommend Wilmington Neurology when it comes to someone returning a phone call “if I could’ve given them less than one star I would’ve….!
I moved to Wilmington in May of 2025 and I couldnt get in for an appointment with a Neurologist until October of 2025. I had 1 visit with the Neurologist and a couple months later I received a phone call stating that the Dr. is leaving and I can no longer be seen at WH and I had to go to Duke or Novant. My PCP who is also WH stated that WH does indeed have neurologists and when I called to make an appointment they stated that they refuse to see the old patients of my previous neurologist.
