Waits months to tell you anything. Does not care about their patients. Find any other place, they will be better
I was there for a month. I will say never go here. They do not answer the phones or return any. If i could rate this a zero I would. Medical records got an urgent message to the Dr. That was the only time I got through. I went in person for instructions about increasing my meds. I brought all of my medical records to my Dr appt to have them filed somewhere. They're probably in the garbage. Dr Hess is nice but everyone else is discusting. Check in / check out process needs improvement. 4 reps on the desk; 2 on pain management and 2 on neurology. While they share check in duties, they do not assist in check out. Additionally, they’re taking calls at the same time. It’s very, very, very slow. Did I mention it’s slow? Robert is great as always, though.
Dr Zachary Potter deserves 5/5 stars ⭐️…it’s the staff that’s a zero, They have no interest in helping patients with after care or worse, getting a message to your doctor and responding back to you. It must be a horrible work environment at this office for them to treat the patients like garbage. This is so unlike any other medical office I have been to. Find another neurologist you won’t be happy here.
First of all, Dr. Nelson deserves 5 stars and all of the respect he has. My rating (would be zero) is to represent each and every other member of staff from the nurses and technical staff to the manager of the neurology department. I was ignored for 10 months be it on the portal, phone calls and even after several in person messages that I signed and dated.
