I moved to Wilmington in May of 2025 and I couldnt get in for an appointment with a Neurologist until October of 2025. I had 1 visit with the Neurologist and a couple months later I received a phone call stating that the Dr. is leaving and I can no longer be seen at WH and I had to go to Duke or Novant. My PCP who is also WH stated that WH does indeed have neurologists and when I called to make an appointment they stated that they refuse to see the old patients of my previous neurologist. Super fast service today. The front desk was very helpful.
Dr. Ardeljan was fine for the brief time I spent with him but I’ve cancelled my follow up appointment with him because the referrals for tests he ordered weren’t made so that he could review the results with me at the scheduled time. One referral was eventually made after three calls to ask that it be made. The other referral STILL hasn’t been made a month after I saw him. I’ve left 5 messages about this, including one for the office manager and one for her supervisor - NONE of which have been returned. The one person I did ... read more
