Every one is wonderful, from checking in, medical assistant taking my blood pressure. Dr. Hess doing the numbing and the ablation shot, which you can barely feel and his medical assistant in the room working with him. They are wonderful.10 plus
Poor checkout process. Over look patient. Too social with some patients. Do not recommend this facility. However, Dr. Hess was great!

I had an initial appointment with Breanna Brousseau, APRN, today (04/23/2026) at 10:10am. I was supposed to arrive at the facility at 10:03am, but due to traffic, I arrived onsite at exactly 10:10am. I was unaware that there was construction on site and limited parking because Wilmington Health failed to provide this information in advance. It took 3 minutes for me to find a place to park.
