I have gone to Wilmington Health for 9 years and all of my visits and treatments have been excellent as well as all referrals that were necessary! I plan to keep going there as long as I am able. I would refer anyone to their facilities!
Doctors top notch. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. HOWEVER! The phone system is a DISASTER. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. It can take 3-5 days to get anyone to call back and only if I call everyday multiple times. You need to change some protocol or something. Very frustrating.
Awesome group if doctors and friendly staff....
Thanks to all the great staff in Internal Medicine today for getting me in to see the doctor , I'm sure it wasn't easy considering the weather situation. Thanks again!
