Took my teens to a new patient appointment and I really think this is a good place for us to have a family doctor established.
I came for the walk in clinic but it had a 45 minute wait. Since WH is my primary care, I was able to see a Dr that had an opening within 10 mins. The care is top-notch!
Called to see if they were taking new patients she said no and hung up super quick, need new friendly receptionist! I was in the middle of saying thank you have a good day couldn’t even get my words out
My mom went to doctor here , doctor is very nice and helpful ! She got some lab work done ! Today I received the call from the clinic regarding the result for my mom , I answered the phone , but meanwhile I’m at work and I have important call came in, then I put clinic on hold no even 1 minute, she hung up on me ! I heard she whispered and said “ why you answering the phone while you got the call from doctor office”. Dr. Lotici and the nurses are amazing! They made my son, he has social anxiety, feel welcomed, heard, and understood. When we first arrived my son was mumbling, by the end of the visit with Dr. Lotici, he was laughing and speaking up. He is actually looking forward to his next visit lol! I appreciate him and his staff! I definitely made a good choice
