Where to start, I needed to come in to see that's Dr.janelle for a hypertension, check, suffered 2 dental emergencies and jury duty needed to reschedule appointments, went through the portal and Janelle's nurse, Andrea was wonderful. We love Andrea , she is so personable and good with my 10 year old and me too! My daughter had to get her blood drawn for the first time and I'm so glad was the one that did it. She is such a Blessing!
Wilmington Health is awesome! Check in is quick & even quicker when I answer questions the day before through texts which is a firm of check in. My provider Kristen Ballard & her staff are the best! The care and treatment is the best. I am blessed to have them! I have been to urgent care in this same facility & the staff & provider are nice & efficient.
