One of the worst and incompetent doctors I’ve come across in a lifetime. My mom, a 76 year old Ashkénaze Jew, BRCA carrier, breast cancer survivor had been complaining about indigestion, bouts of diarrhea and constipation, nausea, bloating, and for 7 months Dr Hiroshi continued to argue that Mom had IBS. March 4 was my first exposure to Wilmington Health in Jacksonville and it set the bar as far as ratings go! The receptionist, Nellie, was courteous and handled all paperwork discreetly; Kelly the CMA was kind, thorough and made me feel at ease, and Linda Ferrand, PA-C was outstanding in her professional manner, attention to detail and promptness. The facility was spotless with ample hand sanitizer throughout. Very soothing decor. I highly recommend Wilmington Health in Jacksonville !!

Some of the staff for the Jacksonville office location sends the incorrect times/day for the appointment reminders for texts/voice mail messages. Twice this has happened and then they chart that I am a no show and want to bill me for the next time I try to make an appointment. And it’s very hard to get a hold of someone to help this situation and they just keep transferring me to someone else’s voicemail and no one calls back not even the office manager director, but they will send you letters in the mail of no show appoint... read more

Had an impersonal rushed initial visit. The office did not send me blood test order as promised (had to call). Dr Kraebber missed first scheduled virtual visit because he did not have lab results and would not wait 5 minutes to have the results faxed to him from the lab before he left the office. He nor his staff came on the line for the second virtual visit for over 40 minutes. I gave up after an unanswered telephone call and 40 minute wait. These people are uncaring, unresponsive, and simply should not be allowed to practice medicine. It has been over a week since a request for refill was made and the no one on their staff had done anything. Maybe health care professionals in other locations actually care but not this place. Honestly, they are unprofessional and unresponsive. They do not care.

Today was my Initial appointment with Dr. Johnson! I just relocated to this area and needed a new Doctor! He was very personable , made me feel comfortable right away , listened to any concerns I had and answered any questions I had...Was very thorough in looking at things I had written in my paperwork and unfortunately had to give me a pap and breast exam because I was due on my first day with him , but I could not have felt more comfortable with him , he was very kind and talked me right through everything..He's seems like... read more
