Best place ever, great staff professional took care of Heath matters very clean.
The staff here is awesome! I went here for a procedure yesterday. Everyone that my husband and I encountered was so friendly and informative. I felt cared for throughout the whole experience. Everyone introduced themselves and made sure that I knew what to expect. I was in great hands. They made everything go as smoothly as possible and that I was as comfortable as possible. No one looks forward to having surgery but, if you have to have it, this would be the place to go! I had my first experience this week and all went so smoothly and I was well taken care of. The gentleman who greeted me at 5:50am was so friendly and welcoming and my pre-op nurse, Kaitlin, was AMAZING. She explained everything in great detail, made me feel so comfortable and was so funny too! The faculty is clean, modern and well kept. And Dr. Carroll is phenomenal too but that goes without saying. What a great facility and staff...especially Dr. Sharona Williams. I had a minimal invasive procedure to remove a bone spur on the back of my heel. Fantastic people, took the time to explain and answer all questions. Little to no pain afterwards. Highly recommend the facility and especially Dr Williams.
