I had an excellent experience at Wilmington Health Ambulatory Surgery Center. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and attentive every step of the way. They went out of their way to ensure I was well taken care of, and I truly appreciate their warmth and dedication. I highly recommend this surgery center!
Wow. They canceled my exploratory procedure to test for cancer without informing me. When I showed up, after prepping as I had been instructed, I was informed the entire surgical staff had taken the day off and it would be a month before they could accommodate me. When I had to be rescheduled at the main hospital with a different doctor a week later for the procedure, they apologized profusely for all of the stress I’d gone through, and sent me a gift card as an apology—$5 from Walmart. just had surgery on my left triceps tendon. The surgeon and staff did a great job. However my upper lip is swolen and has deep teeth cuts. in it. it hurts worse than my arm. Obviously this happened when th anestheoligist nurse placed the breathing tube in my airway. i would bet my teeth were digging ino my lip from the tube during the surgery. My lip is cut and swollen. And he told me he had been doing this fo 20 years. pay attention. This is UNACCEPTABLE dr,staff etc were gratj
