First of all, Dr. Nelson deserves 5 stars and all of the respect he has. My rating (would be zero) is to represent each and every other member of staff from the nurses and technical staff to the manager of the neurology department. I was ignored for 10 months be it on the portal, phone calls and even after several in person messages that I signed and dated. Virtual appt with Dr Marte. Everything went great starting with assistant that got me hooked up. Dr Marte is excellent and gives you a feeling of genuine care about your treatment and you personally.
Dr. Haenel was empathetic and explained everything to me in detail. She made an effort to get to know me and was extremely caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She helped me understand the complete picture of what was going on with me. Excellent interaction.
