I was formed that appointment time is only the arrival time.... not when they take you back for procedure??? Been coming for years myself .... never heard that one .... the whole staff... bad bedside manners and poor attitude when I ask a question .... this was for my wife procedure today ... Dr Klien is super outstanding doctor and all the doctors are here .... but staff need a bedside manner class ... but the staff when you ask a question .... well they just seen to have SA answer and a nasty attitude when you ask a simple... read more
