I shipped an expensive guitar via FedEx and it went to this location on Kirkwood Highway on hold for pickup. The recipient went there and was told the guitar was "lost" . Yeah sure thing, more like RIPPED OFF. hey FedEx do you screen your employees for criminal background check? NEVER USING FEDEX AGAIN. This location may have a problem heads up.
Wonderful customer service. I came in to return a cell phone. I was not organized. The individual helping was very patient, understanding, and efficient - tending to the other customers at the same time as addressing my mistakes. Great experience.
Really helpful and quick when I had my item and return label on already. The staff was really friendly as well!

The fact that I have to set every delivery to be sent here so I can pick it up because the warehouse and drivers are too incompetent to do their jobs is crazy. How is this company still around?
